At Skills Transfer SA, we focus on closing the skills gap between junior and senior civil engineers. We offer comprehensive practical training, mentorship, and assistance for resident engineers and site supervision staff involved in road construction projects. The Mentorship Program is presented for supervision staff during construction at the following levels:

Level 1: 1 year for students doing their practical on-site training.

Level 2: 2 years for material technicians with 2-3 years experience.

Level 3: 3 years for senior material technicians and assistant resident engineers.

Level 4: 4 years for resident engineers.

The program help site supervision staff to execute their work correctly.

It consist of weekly online calls, training and submittion of the following:

1. Tests (theory)

2. Assignments (application of theory)

3. Practical (experience)

These are all tailor made for site conditions during construction.
